Returns & Refunds Policy
At ZEST, we take great care in ensuring that our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for health and safety reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a clear issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a resolution, you must provide:
- A clear photo of the damaged product and packaging
- Your order number and details
Refunds & Replacements
We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
- The product arrived broken or damaged
- You received the wrong item
If your claim is approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement product sent at no extra cost
- A full refund to your original payment method
Refunds will be processed within 14 days once approved.
Exclusions
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect use or storage of the product
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping information
