Homemade Chai latte

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons ZEST 'Chai of the Tiger' – contains ground cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, fennel and cloves

  • 250 ml filtered water

  • 250 ml milk of choice (cow’s milk, oat milk or almond milk)

  • Optional: extra sweetener (honey or maple syrup) if you like it sweeter

Instructions

    1. Heat the milk: Warm or steam your choice of milk until hot but not boiling.
    2. Add the blend: Stir in 1–2 teaspoons of our chai spice mix per cup. Let it infuse for a minute or two.
    3. Sweeten (optional): Add honey or maple syrup to taste.

    4. Strain & serve: Strain into a mug for a smooth latte. Top with frothed milk for that café-style finish.

    5. Garnish: Sprinkle with cinnamon or pop in a star anise for a cozy touch.

Tip: For an iced chai, let the brewed chai cool completely, then pour over ice and top with cold milk.
