    Combining Thai bird’s eye chillies, galangal, turmeric, and lemongrass, it delivers the perfect balance of spice, earthiness, and zest. Rooted in Thai culinary traditions, this blend reflects the harmony of flavours central to the region’s cuisine while offering versatility for modern recipes.
