Homemade Chai latte

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons Chai of the Tiger , contains ground cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, fennel and cloves

• 250 ml filtered water

• 250 ml milk of choice (cow’s milk, oat milk or almond milk)

• Optional: extra sweetener (honey or maple syrup) if you like it sweeter

Instructions

1. Heat the milk
   Warm or steam your choice of milk until hot but not boiling.
   
2. Add the blend: Stir in 1,2 teaspoons of our chai spice mix per cup. Let it infuse for a minute or two.
   

3. Sweeten (optional): Add honey or maple syrup to taste.

4. Strain & serve: Strain into a mug for a smooth latte. Top with frothed milk for that café-style finish.

5. Garnish: Sprinkle with cinnamon or pop in a star anise for a cozy touch.

Tip: For an iced chai, let the brewed chai cool completely, then pour over ice and top with cold milk.
