Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time

3. Shipping Providers
We use shipping carriers (Bpost, DPD, PostNL) to deliver orders safely and efficiently. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
4. International Shipping & Customs
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Customs processing times may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery window.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- ZEST is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our warehouse.
- If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local courier or neighbors before contacting us.
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us at info@zestspices.eu and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
- Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
- If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for undelivered packages.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
8. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to outside Europe
- Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to local regulations.
