From the tangy, herbaceous flavours of Isaan cuisine to the rich, coconut-based curries of central Thailand, every region told its own culinary story.

Thai red curry, a staple of central Thailand, is a vibrant and harmonious dish that balances mild heat with creamy sweetness. Its origins lie in the region’s abundant use of red chillies, kaffir lime, galangal, and lemongrass—flavours that make it one of the most loved curries worldwide. While exploring, we learned that every cook, household, and region has its own variation, with some using more chillies for heat, while others emphasise the zesty brightness of kaffir lime or the earthy warmth of turmeric.

What makes our blend so special is the dedication to sourcing ingredients that match this authentic heritage.
